Which federal states are supported?
Authority checklists cover all 16 federal states. Official forms are filled automatically for NRW, Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Bremen and Baden-Württemberg. The BA employment declaration (EzB) and §81a procedure are included nationwide.
Do nurses and employers need an account?
Nurses access their portal through a personal link; employers use a shared access link. A dedicated employer account is optional for ongoing collaboration.
Does it work with our existing email?
Yes. Employer outreach is sent from your own mailbox, such as Strato, IONOS or Microsoft 365. Candidate communication runs through the platform, with an optional copy to your inbox.
Where is the data stored?
NurseBridge stores platform data in the EU at AWS Frankfurt. The platform provides tenant-isolated storage, an audit trail and deletion tools. For details, see the privacy policy.
How do we import existing cases?
Import a CSV or a ZIP of your existing folders. AI classifies and reads documents during import. New candidates can register through your public link or QR code.
How much does NurseBridge cost?
