How is the expected start date calculated?

From your agency's past processing times per federal state and stage. Until there are enough of those, from reference values based on the statutory deadlines. The forecast is a planning figure; the authorities make their own decisions.

Do we see the forecast for every nurse?

When your agency uses the autopilot and the case has been set up. Otherwise the link shows the profile and documents without a date.

Do nurses and employers need an account?

Nurses access their portal through a personal link; employers use a shared access link. A dedicated employer account is optional for ongoing collaboration.
